RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Meena Bazaar, we take great care in inspecting and packing the product. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we'll be glad to rectify the problem or exchange the product.Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.
Products can be returned/exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery. Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged product or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered)/style/color.
In case that the item(s) is damaged or a different (style code/size/color only) from ordered, we shall either exchange the product or provide you with a full refund. Wherever exchange is not possible: in case of a pre-paid order, the refund shall be made via the payment gateway, while in case of a COD order, a cash voucher shall be issued of the value of exchange. This voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase, within the validity period. No cash refunds will be made.
In all other cases, replacement/exchange or Credit Note (6 months validity – Redeemable online and at the stores) is available.NO REFUNDS will be made.

The details of the return (Order number, courier docket no. or AWB No. and Reason for Return) should be shared with the customer support by email.
Guidelines for a valid return:
- Product & Accessories, if any, should be in original condition.
- Tags should be retained and returned.
- The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
- NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE on SALE PRODUCTS (FLAT 50% OFF) or on PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS.
- Original Tax Invoice to be included with the return.
- Return and exchange postage costs will be at your expense. We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Meena Bazaar.
- Store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.
- No return/exchange will be done for customised and stitched products.
Meena Bazaar reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the above return requirements are not complied with.
You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
